Mkuu wa Wilaya ya Kyela, Claudia Kitta amethibitisha kutokea kwa kifo hicho akibainisha kuwa aliugua ghafla na alifariki wakati akipatiwa matibabu katika hospitali hiyo.

About Songoro Marine
Songoro Marine Transport Ltd. Boatyard is a limited liability company in cooperated in November 1993 under the ordinance cap 212, the company is a family owned business by Mr Saleh Songoro and Sons.
The initial objective of the company was transportation of passengers and cargo by boats between Mwanza Gulf and villages surrounding the south-East of Lake Victoria, in Tanzania East Africa.
The Boatyard was originally owned and managed by the government of United Republic of Tanzania jointly sponsored with the Dutch Government, about 40 vessels/Boats were constructed for local and international organizations.
In September 1998 SMT took over the boatyard by buying the entire assets, and since then various contracts have been undertaken, and some of the jobs were completed and delivered, while some of the jobs are still under construction.
