SENIOR Social Activist and International Journalist, Mr. Chinmaya Dash is in the process of getting to know the data of students of some government schools studying in a private Saraswstee Shishu Vidyamandir in Gram Nandipur Gram Panchayat under Dasarathpur block of Jajpur district of Odisha State.
Mr. Dash applied to ABEO -Cum- PIO of BEO of Dasarathpur block Mr.R.N. Tripathi under the Right to Information Act 2005. In this regard, Mr. Tripathi blatantly violated the Right to Information Act.
Mr. Tripathi was issued a show cause notice by the Commissioner after Mr. Dash informed the Odisha State Information Commissioner.
Mr. Vikram Senapati of the Information Commission has been ordered to pay a fine of Rs 15,000 within a month under Section 20 (1) of the Right to Information Act 2005, after it was found that the information officer had not aggressively provided information to the petitioner.
According to International Journalist and Social activist, Mr. Chinmaya Dash ,Mr. Tripathi had earlier been asked by the Nandipur Panchayat for a number of papers on a number of documents, but he was not allowed to do so in four stages under the Right to Information Act.
Mr. Tripathi cleverly canceled the hair. While the information commissioner is in custody of the other two facts, Mr. Tripathi is assisting in the fraudulent paperwork by showing unreasonable sympathy by taking bribes in large numbers from the respective private schools, and he is keeping the relevant information secret.
Mr. Dash directly opined that the Hon’ble High Court would soon take refuge with all the information signed by the former ABEO Mr. Tripathi in this regard.
