AN international leading social welfare people's organization in Babalpur,The Chinmaya Foundation has been fighting nonstop and continuously for 910 days today to eradicate the epidemic Corona from the world.
According to the instructions of the founder chairman of the foundation, Mr.Chinmaya Dash, this program has been going on for seven days (in it's 130th Weekly program)from day number 903 to 910 in different areas of Jajpur, Kendrapara & Kendujhar districts.Under the leadership of Philanthropist Master Mihir Kumar and Shreekshetra Sahoo many volunteers including Rakesh Kumar Jena, Pujarani Behuria, Nilima Mallick, Barsarani Majhi, Rasmita Jena, Sagarika Parida, Nirmala Jena, Rocky Das, Durga Prasad Rout, Biswajit Mallik, Satyajit Barick are contributed to the work.
These volunteers are seen distributing ORS, masks, soap, sanitizer, hand gloves, dettol, phenyl, bleaching etc.along with dry and cooked foods, clothes to the beggar, insane, old age, poor & needy people's.
In this regard, the chairman of the foundation Mr. Chinmaya Dash expresses his opinion, "as per government of India report, India on date 17th September 2022 Saturday reported 5,747 fresh Covid cases and 29 death in the last 24 hours, Union Ministry Healthcare Family Welfare said on Saturday.
With the fresh fatalities, the death toll due to Covid rose to 5,28,302. Meanwhile, the active caseload has marginally risen to 46,848 cases, accounting for 0.11 per cent of the country's total positive cases.
The recovery of 5,618 patients in the last 24 hours took the cumulative tally to 4,39,53,374. Consequently, the recovery rate stands at 98.71 per cent.
Meanwhile, daily positivity rate stands at 1.69 per cent, while the weekly positivity rate at 1.74 per cent.
Also in the same period, a total of 3,40,211 tests were conducted, increasing the overall tally to over 89.12 crore.
As of Saturday morning, Covid-19 vaccination coverage exceeded 216.41 crore.Over 4.07 crore adolescents have been administered with first dose of Covid vaccine since the beginning of drive for this age bracket.
On Friday, the country had reported 6,298 infections.
So the Covid posetive cases are solely increased in India, this awareness and corona kit distribution program will continue till the virus is eradicated from all over the world."
