THE President of the Union of Apostles and Prophets in Tanzania who is also the Chief Leader of the Sauti ya Uponyaji Tanzania, Prophet Dr. Joshua Aram Mwantyala has said that, in 2023 the members of the union in the country hope to achieves their vision of ensuring the gospel and the word of God move forward in the country.
He said this on December 29, 2022 through his speech, which he gave, giving an assessment, vision and direction of the union in the future. Continue with the full speech below;
"Peace be with you apostles and prophets, February 19, 2022 under the careful supervision of our elder father, the Chief Apostle of our Nation,Bishop Dunstan Haule Maboya, Ndalima, Bendera and other elders.
"We managed to hold an election that led to finding the leaders of the Central Committee of Apostles and Prophets in Tanzania, three months later until May, 2022 we managed to form leadership committees for 80 percent throughout Tanzania Mainland.
"June, 2022 together we also managed to hold the first general meeting of the Union of Apostles and Prophets Tanzania in Morogoro region.
"October, 2022 we celebrated the week of the apostles and prophets with great success and touched a large community by providing various aid to individuals, organizations and various Government institutions.
"We are very grateful to the Government led by our Honorable President Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, President of the United Republic of Tanzania through the heads of regions who participated with us during the week of the celebration of the apostles and prophets in Tanzania.
"However, while all that is going on, we managed to submit the application for the registration of our institution to the government and the registration steps are progressing very well, within 10 months, sons of God, we have done all those things including the visits of the central committee which I (Prophet Dr.Joshua) myself led as the President of the Apostles and Prophets Tanzania and we managed to reach apostles and prophets who have never been reached since this country was created. Indeed, may the name of the Lord be greatly blessed.
"My brothers, apostles and prophets, I, as the President of the United Apostles and Prophets, am very grateful to the leaders of the central committee, the central council and all the members of the five services as a whole because without your participation in these responsibilities we would not have reached where we are.
"My brothers, apostles and prophets, it is now the end of the year, we are waiting for the morning of 2023, experience shows that before the rooster crowed, Peter had already denied Christ, so if it happens before January, anyone among us denies our unity, let us not be afraid of that.
"Because that will only be his or her weakness, but in his heart he loves unity very much, and next year if we don't lose heart he or she will be one of us.
"My brothers, apostles and prophets, since we have a long journey to build our unity and restore the honor of the Apostolic and Prophetic Church in our nation, the following must be our pillar and compass.
"The first is the love of Christ among us, the second is the unity of Christ among us, and the third until now is the unity that considers that love among us is the main pillar because there is no guilt in love.
"My brothers, apostles and prophets, I pray that we do not forget that our apostolic and prophetic services are under a great threat of being attacked by modern Pharisees who believe that without them our country of Tanzania cannot have peace.
"For that reason, we must recognize ourselves first and open our eyes so that the nation realizes that the peace of our country depends on all of us as good citizens of our country. My brothers, the Apostles and Prophets, I humbly ask you not to stop praying to the authorities and pray for the peace of our country Tanzania so that it lasts forever and ever.
"Our vision for the coming year of 2023 is that we want every apostle and prophet to be safe and to fulfill his great calling with great success through our unity.
