GURUBARA Sera Jhoti and Panchaka Muruja Competitions were held by Chinmaya Foundation, an international people's enhancement organization for peace and harmony in Babalpur of Jajpur district of Odisha state of India on month of October to December, 2022.
Panchak Muruj held on the month of the last Kartik (October) and the Gurubar Sera Jhoti held on the month of Margashira (November and December ).
There are 3256 contestants participated in Muruj competition while 5733 contestants participated in Gurubar (Thursday's) Sera Jhoti.
Immigrants from various states including Odisha participated in it. On behalf of the Chinmaya Foundation, the top ten people were honoured in the two competitions, while on Gurubar (Thursday) Sera Jhoti, Smt. Chandraprabha Das, who won the first place was honoured with the Shri Mahalakshmi Jhoti Patarani Award and Mrs. Subhra Priyadarshini Kar, who won the first place in Panchaka Muruja competition was honoured with the Shri Siddha Brundabatee Muruj Patarani honor.
Similarly, on Thursday Jhoti Smt. Subhra Priyadarshini Kar, who won the second place in Sera Jhoti, was honoured with the Mahalakshmi Jhoti Rani award.
Gitanjali Maharana, who took the third place, was honoured with the Siddha Lakshmi Jhoti Rani Award.In 4th position Smt.
Ashalata Satapathy and Minati Prabha Das was honoured Swarnalakshmi Jhoti Rani Award, in 5th position Smt.
Barsa Sahu honoured Dhanya Lakshmi Jhoti Rani Award, in 6th position Smt. Soudamini Tripathy (Hydrabad), Ahalya Senapati and Shantilata Mishra was honoured Gaja Lakshmi Jhoti Rani Award, in 7th position Smt. Kananbala Mohanty and Smt.
Sabita Sandha was honoured Padmalaya Jhoti Rani Award, in 8th position Smt. Rojalin Buddhia was honoured Shriharipriya Jhoti Rani Award, in 9th position Smt.
Sasmita Nayak, Umasundari Pattanayak, Rashmiprava Mohanty was honoured Kshirabdhitanaya Jhoti Rani Award and in 10th position Sushree Sarmistha Pandav, Minakshi Behera, Amita Biswal was honoured Shriya Jhoti Rani Award whereas in Panchaka Muruj Competition in 2nd Position Sushree Pritikrisna Mohanty was honoured Brundabati Muruj Rani Award, in 3rd position Rupalata Pattanayak was honoured Debadurlava Muruj Rani Award, in 4th position Minati Sahoo was honoured Bisnuballava Muruj Rani Award, in 5th position Smt. Sovarani Mishra was honoured Amaraballava Muruj Rani Award, in 6th position Ahalya Senapati was honoured Devadunduvi Muruj Rani Award, in 7th position Monalisa Das was honoured Siddha Tulasi Muruj Rani Award , in 8th position Pujarani Nath was honoured Satee Tulasi Muruj Rani Award , in 9th position Gitanjali Moharana.
Kananbala Mohanty and Sarmistha Pandav was honoured Bisnupatni Muruj Rani Award and in 10th position Rashmi Rekha Swain, Bijayalaxmi Sahoo, Tapaswini Sahoo, Sanjukta Sahoo, Sandhya Rani Sahoo, Archita Das, Archita Barick & Mitanjali Sahoo was honoured Manjaridevi Muruj Rani Award.

According to the information of the founder chairperson of the Chinmaya foundation, Mr. Chinmaya Dash, this is a means of bringing the hidden talents of Odisha and other states to the attention of the people and introducing them to the international level. Mr. Dash thanked all contestants, judges and supporters for its unexpected success.
