DODOMA Regional Commissioner, Hon.Rosemary Senyamule accompanied by Regional Administrative Secretary, Mr. Ally Gugu and the City Director, Mr.Joseph Mafuru on May 11, 2023 have received a visit from China led by Mr. HuaRong Zhang owner of Huajian Group with the aim of investing in the factory of shoes manufacturing.
Hon.Senyamule has thanked the President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Hon.Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan for opening investment opportunities in the country and has welcomed the investors and assured them of a friendly investment environment in Dodoma Region.

In April 2015, Huajian Group's second major investment in Ethiopia, Huajian International Light Industrial City in Addis Ababa, began its construction. The project has a planned investment of $1 billion, covers an area around 140 ha with the construction area of 1.6 million sqms.
In the future, Huajian Group will bring Ethiopia's successful cases to more countries, and further realize its goal of solving 100,000 jobs in the most underdeveloped regions of the world, building a shared community of human kinds, and boosting the global economic development.
