Tanzania has collected more than Sh70 billion for this financial year, which is the revenue generated by the planes that use its airspace.These collections are the result of technological improvements that made the country able to detect planes passing through Tanzania's airspace.
This was stated, Monday, June 12, 2023 by the Deputy Minister of Works and Transport, Atupele Mwakibete, in a meeting of stakeholders in the aviation sector held at the Julius Nyerere International Conference Center (JNICC) in Dar es Salaam.
