BHARAT-On the occasion of Holy Gandhi Jayanti on 2nd October ,the District Journalists' Association, Jajpur, along with the journalists of all the blocks of Jajpur district, has formed an celebration & conference in the premises of Spice Odisha Hotel in Panikoi of Jajpur district of Odisha state.
In the meeting presided over by the president of the association Mr.Tapan Mishra, where as Senior advocate & philanthropist of Anandpur of Kendujhar district Ms. Jhansi Rani Das, Mr. Chinmaya Dash, international founder chairman of Chinmaya Foundation,

Editor of daily newspaper Dinacharya Mr. Tapan Maharanya , Associate Professor of Odisha State Open University Mr. Bishwa Bhushan Dhirsamant, Social Worker Mr. Ajay Kumar Panda were attended as the guest.

First, after placing floral wreaths on Pujya Bapu's photo, many discussions were held on the unity and safety of the journalists' union and a milestone of the journalistic society, how journalistic writing and news broadcasting can be neutral and work for the oppressed, neglected and helpless people living in the society.

The guests gave the details to be. President of the organization Tapan Mishra said that more and more journalists will be included in the union and committees will be formed at various block levels and the program will continue and stand up as a big organization in Jajpur district.

More than 60 journalists from all blocks attended while everyone gave their own speech and proposal. Mr. Jyoti Shankar Roy was preside the program while Sanjay Nath Sharma, Ranjita Parida, Sunil Kumar Nayak and others felicitated the guests.

Senior journalist Surendra Samal and Biranchi Patree in their speech expressed to join Mr. Mishra's hands and cooperate in the direction of how the union will move forward. Deepak Panigrahi gave thanks and highlighted the fact that Tapan Mishra came from a poor family and engaged himself in social service.
