China yaanza kupokea pilipili aina zote kutoka Tanzania, TPHPA yatoa ufafanuzi namna ya kuuza

ARUSHA-Wizara ya Kilimo imewataarifu wazalishaji na wasafirishaji wa zao la Pilipili kuwa imekamilisha taratibu za kufungua soko la zao hilo nchini China.
Hayo yamebainishwa Septemba 11,2024 kupitia taarifa iliyotolewa na Mkurugenzi Mkuu wa Mamlaka ya Afya ya Mimea na Viuatilifu Tanzania (TPHA), Profesa Joseph Ndunguru

Amebainisha kuwa, kuanzia Septemba 6, 2024 pilipili inayozalishwa nchini imeruhusiwa rasmi kusafirishwa na kuuzwa katika soko la China.

"Ili msafirishaji aweze kuuza pilipili nchini China anatakiwa kusajiliwa na Mamlaka ya Forodha ya nchini China (General Administration of Customs of China-GACC) kupitia Mamlaka ya Afya ya Mimea na Viuatilifu Tanzania (Tanzania Plant Health and Pesticide Authority-TPHPA).

"Pamoja na kusajiliwa, msafirishaji anapaswa kuzingatia matakwa yafuatayo:-

Aina ya pilipili zinazokubaliwa nchini China ni jamii zote za pilipilii kiwa ni mbichi au iliyokaushwa;

Mashamba ya uzalishaji na maeneo ya ufungashaji (packhouse) yanapaswa kusajiliwa na Mamlaka ya Afya ya Mimea na Viuatilifu Tanzania (TPHPA) na kupewa namba maalumu ya utambulisho itakayotumika kumtambulisha msafirishaji;

"Mashamba yote yaliyosajiliwa kwa ajili ya kusafirisha pilipili kwenda China yanapaswa kuzingatia mbinu bora za kilimo pamoja na udhibiti husishi wa visumbufu vya karantini ikiwemo nzi wa matunda, vidomozi vya majani na magonjwa ya kutu na mnyauko yanayosababishwa na vimelea vya bakteria;

"Uchakataji, ufungashaji, uhifadhi na usafirishaji lazima uzingatie matakwa na taratibu zote zilizoko kwenye itifaki tuliyosainiana kati ya Tanzania na China na utekelezaji wake utasimamiwa na TPHPA.
