GABORONE-Former Prime Minister of the United Republic of Tanzania, Hon. Mizengo Peter Pinda, arrived in Gaborone, Botswana, on October 19th, 2024. Hon. Pinda has been appointed to lead the Southern African Development Community's (SADC) Electoral Observation Mission (SEOM) in advance of Botswana’s general election, scheduled for 30th October, 2024.
