TR:Let us live the lessons of the holy month of Ramadan

DAR-The Treasury Registrar, Mr. Nehemiah Mchechu, has urged the staff of his office to use the holy month of Ramadan as a tool for hard work and great wisdom for the benefit of the nation of Tanzania.
Mr. Mchechu made these remarks on Monday, March 24, 2025, during an iftar event organized for the staff of the Office of the Treasury Registrar (OTR).

The gathering took place at the KingJada Hotel in Morocco Square.
"This month teaches us patience, dedication, and compassion for others-values that are also vital in our work environment," Mr. Mchechu stated during the event.

He added, "I hope each of us will continue to live these lessons even after this month comes to an end."

Mr. Mchechu expressed his appreciation for the contributions of every staff member to the success of the office, and he expressed his hope that the spirit of unity would persist even after Ramadan.
He explained that the purpose of bringing staff together for iftar is not only to break the fast but also to strengthen the bond among employees as one family within the OTR.

"It is a great joy to be with you during this holy month of Ramadan, a month of mercy, forgiveness, and countless blessings," Mr. Mchechu remarked.
He called on the staff to pray for their colleagues who are far away, for the communities of Tanzania, and for the nation as a whole, so that they may continue to live in peace, good health, and prosperity.
